From Merritt Parkway Southbound Take Exit 40A and bear right off the exit onto Main Avenue. Proceed to 7th traffic light (1.1 miles). Turn right onto New Canaan Avenue, Route 123 North. After crossing railroad tracks, move into the left lane and go straight passing under the highway to the 2nd traffic light. Turn left onto the entrance ramp to Route 7. Follow the Northbound Merritt directions below for Route 7 South. Northbound Take Exit 39A for Route 7 South. Follow Route 7 to the end moving into the extreme left exit only lane for I-95 North. See the directions below for I-95 Northbound. From I-95 Southbound Take Exit 16. Turn left off the exit at traffic light onto East Avenue. Follow the remaining directions below. Northbound Take Exit 16. Turn right off the exit at traffic light onto East Avenue. Follow the remaining directions below. Click on the map above to see larger view. From East Avenue proceed straight through a series of traffic lights until passing under the Metro North train tracks in East Norwalk. Continue straight but move to the left lane as you approach a rotary/cemetery. Bear left around the rotary briefly onto Cemetery Road and then immediately bear right onto Gregory Boulevard. Follow Gregory Boulevard until you reach a second rotary at Marvin Street. Turn left onto Marvin Street and then immediately turn right onto Calf Pasture Beach Road. Follow Calf Pasture Beach Road to its end at the beach. Follow signs to the event area from there. Metro-North Information Train schedule to East Norwalk For this event, Metro North usually makes special allowances for bicycles on thier trains. • The bicycle permit and per train bicycle limit IS suspended on all New Haven line trains leaving Grand Central between 5:00am and 5:00pm and leaving New Haven between 6:00am and 6:00pm.
