The listing below is just the beginning of a building list of questions most frequently ask.
Hopefully they will answer these most commonly asked questions.

Why is it necessary to have a Members Login area?
Operating a club the size of SCBC requires the collecting of dues and holding fund-raising events. There is information contained within the Members Only area that members pay for. It would be inappropriate for us to offer this information to the general public for free while expecting our members to pay their dues. This is why a User Name and Password is required.

Why doesn't my User Name and Password work?
It is very important that you make sure you are typing the login information EXACTLY as it was provided to you. They are case sensitive, so any letter that is capitalized or in lower case must be typed that way. We usually don't use spaces, so type each part as if it were all one word. There is also the possibility that you did not see the posted login change made on either February 15th or August 15th. These are the two dates the User Name and Password change. The login information is provided to you in different ways. When you register online, you will see a confirmation screen at the end of the process. DO NOT close this screen until you note the login information. The system will also send you a confirmation E-mail containing the same information. We also periodically send out E-mail notices with club information and sometimes remind members of the login or when it is about to change. The User Name and Password is not given out prior to it changing on February 15th. You must renew your membership and it will be provided to you in the confirmation messages.

There may be one final problem you might encounter. Currently, we are using active.com for our registration process. They offer optional promotional materials and membership for which they require you to establish a user name and password. That login DOES NOT have anything to do will SCBC. You need to log in with the information we provide you, not one you create for active.com. Remember, active.com's offerings are optional and we suggest you skip over that option while registering for membership.

What is this PDF file format you use to download most of your documents?
A PDF file is the best choice to use when making documents available to the Internet public. Most computers, both PCs and Macs, have an application called Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on the machine. This is a universal format that makes documents available for everyone. The application is available for free if Acrobat Reader if it's not already installed on your machine. You can go to: www.adobe.com where you can download the application.

Where do I get the User Name and Password?
When you register online, you will see a confirmation screen at the end of the process. DO NOT close this screen until you note the login information. The system will also send you a confirmation E-mail containing the same information. We also periodically send out E-mail notices with club information and sometimes remind members of the login or when it is about to change. The User Name and Password is not given out prior to it changing on February 15th. You must renew your membership and it will be provided to you in the confirmation messages.
