Become a Member

Becoming a Member of Sound Cyclists or renewing your membership is easy. We have online registration to  make your membership instantaneous. Please read all the information below and then just click on the JOIN NOW button, below.

Sign-up and  Renewal Process

For 2016 membership renewals and new subscriptions please follow this process. When you click "Join NOW" or navigate to the Member Sign-in page for the first time you will be taken to screen:
  • Select Sign Up (to become a new member) and enter your name and the email address you want to use as your club identity.  Complete the word verification and continue through the process.
  • You will receive an email from the club containing a link to enable you to input your chosen password
  • If your are a returning member membership you will be taken to PayPal to renew.
  • If you have forgotten your password use the Forgot Password link.
  • If you need to change your email address please contact the webmaster.
  • At the landing page there is a profile profile option where you can complete the minimal profile information, and add any Family Household members to be included with your subscription.  If they are potential or current ride leaders please add their email address, so they can have a distinct identity on the site.
  • You will then be able to navigate the site.

Online registrations are processed through Sound Cyclists Bicycle Club's (SCBC) website and your payment is processed through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account as they will accept most credit and debit cards. You will receive email confirmations of payment both from PayPal and SCBC. Check Payments:  If you must pay by check , follow the online registration process to the payment options. At this point you will be able to select Pay by Check and will see mailing instructions for your payment. Please note, using the mail-in form requires an additional $5.00 handling fee (total $30), and delays the processing of your membership as well as your access to the member-only information. We strongly encourage you to use the online registration and payment method above.

Membership Duration

Membership is for a calendar year. The year will start on your subscription being completed and expires on December 31st 2016. Once your membership expires you will be unable to access the member-only portions of the site. Your access will be automatically restored on subsequent renewal. Any new memberships after October 1st, 2016 will expire on December 31st, 2017. 

Membership Dues:     $25.00 per year (online payment);     $30.00 per year (online registration with check payment)
